well why he called was because he was kinda panicking as well, and not really thinking clearly. He lied to spare her feelings. The pregnancy was an accident, mostly because these things happen. He doesn’t want kids, but he doesn’t want to ask his current girlfriend to get an abortion, and wanted advice.
