However, studying the past, I agree that before the invention of time-limiting devices like the microwave, life ran at a slower pace, like a plant, we took time to let it grow. But there was no time in existence that has no dark side. Yet that slow pace life still exists. It’s still there, however you can’t find it in the city. The city is “the world at my feet now”. After that old farm life came the baby boomers and Hippies. That, I hear, still exists too. The question is to balance what you want, what you have, what you need and what you are willing to give up and choose what lifestyle you want to have and work for it. But remember, a country life can’t exist in the city, nor can a hippy live in the army.
