It said at a party, he told his buddies to start the name calling (so I guess flirting?) and then a lady said “Who let the dogs out?”. Later he said stuff about threesome doggy style and then mentionned “Well If I am a dog the party is on” so I am guessing who let the dogs out was the signer, leaving his (human) buddies off their leashes.
