Our routine was “watch a movie, hit rewind and we will get ready for bed.” so that night, we watched the movie on DVD, then my mom habitually hit rewind on the DVD player.

And I still call it “rewind” “Be kind, please rewind”

As for being retro, do you know what I am talking about when I say Betamax?
