I’m gonna say he’s under the Agency’s radar, because it seems like unlike Big Mike, Peter does not seek out “sexy adventures”. I do get the feeling, however, that he’s earned the reputation of “the brother” because he’s gotten quite competent at cleaning up whenever one of Big Mike’s adventures gets out of hand.

Which begets the question: what does it look like when even Big Mike thinks things have gotten out of hand?
