It’s been super dry lately and I’ve been getting a lot of nosebleeds and my skin has been drying out.
It’s been sucky.

I used to get really super scary nosebleeds in dry weather until an emergency room doctor (yes, that super scary!) suggested generic Afrin once a day in dry weather (it adds a little moisture and i think it was dilates the capillaries) and saline as needed. No nosebleeds since.
